LORINGETT studied
dance in London mainly with Matt Mattox, but worked also
the Luigi technique, afro-Caribbean, tap dance and
of course ballet.. He followed a rich career as a dancer,
choreographer and pedagogue. After 25 years of experience, he decided
to publish his work on videotape. Gianin LORINGETT has formed and
influenced a whole generation of dancers with work based on the
following fundamental pillars: excellent technical development,
multivalence of the artist himself, culture and an interest towards
other art forms. Besides studying the fine arts, he is also a musician,
but above all he was able to follow the evolution of jazz dance
from the "West Side Story" era until today's rap generation.
His past course now enables him to develop what is called "free-style",
which is clearly to be seen both in the suggested variations and
choreographies.
