6) Stage préparation à l'E.A.T ( 1 cours technique dans
l'option,corrections des 2 variations, travail individuel,
et mise à disposition de studio et matériel): forfait
1 semaine 250 €
7) Réductions:
Elèves des Conservatoires Nationaux, Ecoles Nationales, (avec certificat
de scolarité) - 10%
Ecoles de danse groupes de 10 élèves minimum - 10%
8) Prise en charge au titre de la formation continue: pour un stage d'au
moins une semaine,
pour les danseurs professionnels et les professeurs de danse. Faîtes votre demande
un mois à l'avance
auprès de votre employeur, nous sommes à votre disposition pour vous fournir
toute information.
9) Modes de paiement:
-France: par chèque bancaire à l'ordre de "OFFJAZZ",
-par virement postal à l'ordre de "OFF JAZZ"

10) Grants, scolarships: we can send the content of the dance workshop
to confirm your project;
you must send a letter or a copy of the form to our secretary, in any case the
grant corresponding to the workshop must be paid by the office directly to OFFJAZZ.
VISAS: invitation letters and any document you may need, will
be sent if we receive the payment

Règlements : Les inscriptions non accompagnées
du paiement total ne seront pas enregistrées. Jusqu'au 6 juillet,
le montant de votre stage pourra être remboursé, en cas de force
majeure. Après le début du stage,
aucun remboursement ne sera consenti ; en cas de maladie (certificat médical),
la somme versée sera validée
sous forme d'avoir, pour une prochaine période de cours ou de stage.
Les frais bancaires relatifs aux virements
et aux chèques émis sur l'étranger sont à charge
