	Contemporary dance: Martine KAISSERLIAN  July 14 -19 /July 28-August 2 Movement analysis: July 14 -19 / July 28-August 2 / August 4-9 After many years of training in France, Martine gained a scholarship from the British Council of Arts for the LABAN Centre in London, which made it possible for her to work with great masters such as Yuriko, Merce Cunningham, M.Louis aswell as Karin Weahner, Clay Tagliaferro and many others. Constantly trying to deepen her knowledge and understanding of these techniques, Martine Kaisserlian developed a work based on fluidity, sensitivity and awareness of the body. Besides contemporary dance she also teaches movement analysis which is fundamental for any dance student. . vidéo clip1 + 2
	Contemporary dance: Patrick REBUS  July 14 -19 / July 21-26 / Working as a professional dancer since 1982 his career has been focused on 3 main areas; interpretation, choreography and teaching. His work is based on movement and control in contemporary dance but also through the practice of acrobatics and mime. After graduating from the International School of Mime Marcel Marceau, he worked for 6 years at the National Centre for Choreography Haute Normandie. As an interpreter and teacher he brings his passion and curiosity for the arts to the courses.
	Contemporary dance: Elisabeth GIBIAT:    28-August 2 Made her studies in classical ballet and contemporary dance at the Centre Rossella HIGHTOWER in Cannes, is currently working as assistant at the GALILI Contemporary Dance Company in Groninguen directed by Iyzik GALLILI www.galilidance.com
	FELDENKRAIS method : Sylvie LAVIGNE  July 14 -19 / July 21-26 After having studied at the Rosella Hightowers International Dance Centre, Sylvie Lavigne worked as a soloist for Joseph Rusillo Ballet Theatre and then for Théâtre du Silence where she danced on international stages in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Korea, etc...) She then settled in Cannes and formed her own company "SYLVIE L" 25 years ago. After studies in yoga and and then Tai-chi, Sylvie discovered the Feldenkrais method and was trained as a teacher by Myriam and Sabine Pfeiffer at the Accord Mobile de Paris.
	Ballet:  Emma LEWIS (ex-Ballet Cullberg Mats Ek)  July 14 -19 /July 28-August 2 Emma trained at the Royal Ballet School in London and then the London Contemporary Dance School where she studied the methods of Graham and Cunningham. She began working with the Marc Baldwin dance company before dancing with the Cullberg Ballet for 8 years working with Mats EK, Ohad Naharin and Carolyn Carlson. Her class consists of a warm up based on the Pilates method, then core technique followed by Mats Ek repertoire focusing on accents in music, the language of movement and interpretation.
	Ballet, new languages::Karine GUIZZO (Cie Jiri KILIAN) august  4 to 9 After finishing her studies at the Rosella Hightower School in Cannes, she danced with the Jeune Ballet de Cannes. One of her first professional engagements was dancing in Gianin Lorginetts' OFF JAZZ DANCE COMPANY, she then continued as a dancer at the Netherlands Dance Theatre 2 in Holland, where she danced for 15 years with the repertoire of Jiri Kylian, Mats Ek, W. Forythe and Ohad Naharin. She also participated in workshops with Lloyd Newson, Min Tanaka, Ko Morobushi, Carolyn Carlson. Karin Guizzo has developed her own work that has been performed in the Netherlands and around Europe. Her class work consists of classical barre work followed by work on the repertoire of J. Kylian and Ohad Naharin.
	Danse classique:  Colette MARTINEZ :   july 21-26 / July 28-August 2 / August 4-9   Collette trained at the Conservatoire National de Paris and was a pupil of Nina Vyroubova, René Bon, Nina Tikanova and Raymond Franchetti of the Opéra de Paris. She worked as a dancer at the Opéra de Lyon with the Grands Ballets classiques de France. She has performed in France and abroad also as a soloist and she partnered Jean Yves Lormeau in Sleeping Beauty. Collette Martinez now gives all her time and energy to choreography and teaching, as a teacher she is respected for her ability and communication. She is a permanent teacher at Off Jazz.
	Ballet: Azucena ROLLAN MAS  July 14 -19 / July 21-26 / July 28-August After training at the Conservatoire Royal de Madrid and Rosella Hightower in Cannes, she danced as a soloist with the Bavarian National Ballet in Munich and at the Salzburger Theater. She is a teacher at the Conservatoire Royal de Danse and a guest teacher at OFF JAZZ. She is appreciated for her precision and communication of an art that is her real passion.
	Jazz dance: Angelo MONACO   july 28-August 2 / August 4-5 Prized for best interpretation at the Torinoi Jazz Dance Festival, he currently teaches at Offjazz and the Cultural Centre of Biot. He danced with Off Jazz Dance Company and in other productions in Monto Carlo and Paris. He teaches a very urban jazz with the latest music. 	Danse jazz: Geraldine ARMSTRONG  July 28-August 2 “ARMSTRONG JAZZ BALLET” Company Choreographer, dancer and teacher trained by Johnny O'Brian, Matt Mattox, Molly Molloy, Rick Odums and Gianin Loringett. She is a member of the Matt Mattox "JAZZART" Company in London and of Gianin Loringetts OFF JAZZ DANCE COMPANY. Since then she has been managing her own company the "ARMSTRONG JAZZ BALLET" company. She is very active on the international scene and she teaches a kind of Jazz influenced by Alvin Ailey.
	Jazz dance: Hugues SALGAS  July 14 -19 / July 21-26  He performed as a dancer with Paris Jazz Ballet, OFF JAZZ DANCE COMPANY (Gianin Loringett) and Danse Ensemble (G.Armstrong and W.Barbaste). He has also performed in various musical productions such as La Vie en Bleu (R. Hossein) and Sirella (M.Hermine). He currently teaches in Milan and is a guest teacher in France and Italy. 	Gianin LORINGETT:     (Offjazz dance Company ) Jazz dance:  July 14 -19 / July 21-26 / August 4-9 Choreographer and artistic director for OFF JAZZ DANCE COMPANY in Paris and founder of OFF JAZZ DANCE CENTRE in Nice, he devotes all his energy to teaching for festivals, dance workshops and choreography for performances all over the world. He is a well known and respected choreographer and an exceptional teacher who brings many different dance and musical styles to life. 	Danse AFRICAINE: July 14 -19 August 4-9 Marcellin GBAZAI : Marcellin Gbazai- African Dance: July 14th - 19th/ August 4th - 9th Originally from the Côte d'Ivoire where he learnt the basic techniques of african and tribal dance and song at the EDEC in Abidjan. He then toured with Guirivoires de Rosé Guirard company around Asia and Africa before coming to OFF JAZZ to complete his diverse dance training in Nice. He is a member of the OFF JAZZ JUNIORS company and teaches african dance at the Centre.
	Danse AFRICAINE: July 14 -19 / August 4-9 Kofi ETTOH:  Originally from Togo he studied african and contemporary dance. He is now continuing his dance training at OFF JAZZ. He is a member of the company OFF JAZZ JUNIORS.
	Tap dance: Uwe MEUSEL (Musical Tap Company ) July 28-August 2 Using a unique technique based on decontraction looseness (Sam Weber) and director of the "MUSICAL TAP COMPANY" in Freiburg, Uwe Meusel has worked with masters such as; Savion Glover, Van Porter, Sam Weber, Buster Brown many others. His style is based on "the looser you are the faster you tap!" Uwe Meusel has choreographed tap shows with jazz orchestras and internationally known dancers. . video clip Uwe MEUSEL
	Tap dance:  Guillem ALONSO July 21-26 Guillem Alonso has worked as a tap dancer for a number of years in the best tap companies in the United States; American Tap Dance Orchestra, Manhattan Tap, New York Tap Collective and Los Angeles Steps Ahead. He has been a soloist with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. He created the Barcelona Rhythm Tap company. and organises weekly tap jams at the "Cova del Drac". He was choreographer for the new "Scenic" theatre of Barcelona and dance soloist in the show "Fire of the Dance" touring throughout Europe. Guillem is also a member of Camut Band Tap and Percussion company.

	Tap dance: Denise BALDWIN  (children) July 21-26 Denise trazined in London at the Elizabeth Hardiman School of Dance and Arts in ballet, jazz, tap and musical theatre. She has performed in numerous shows and cabarets throughout the world ( Folies Russes, Monte Carlo, Lido de Paris, musicals...) and later turned to teaching. She is a permanent teacher at OFF JAZZ.
	Claquettes:  Yorma LORINGETT  ;  July 14 -19 / August 4-9 After completing training in ballet contemporary and jazz, he turned to tap. Trained by Michel Leveillé and Gianin Loringett he follows the work of Uwe Meusel during his workshops. As a dancer he takes part in many productions; musicals (La Rue, staged by Miran), performances with musicians (Caveau de la Huchette, Cannes Water Smposium), Nice Traditional Jazz Festival, events and conventions. He dances with the OFF JAZZ JUNIORS dance company and teaches at the Centre. His strong points are musicality and improvisation. video-1   video 2

	HOW TO FIND THE DANCE CENTER?
	By plane: From the airport take the bus to the centre of Nice, Gare Routière (bus station). The school is 2 minutes walk away, ask at the Gare Routière. By train: From the main train station get bus Nr 15 (Port) and get off at "Promenade des Arts", then ask. The school is 2 minutes walk away. Gret tram and get off Place Garibaldi (Port) By car: 1) From Italy: leave the motorway at the "Nice EST exit" (first exit for Nice), then follow signs for the Port. When you arrive at the port ask for rue Cassini. 2) From Cannes: leave the motorway at "Nice CENTRE- Promenade des Anglais", keep going along the sea to the port, ask for rue Cassini.
